The founder of Actionfiguren24 is retiring and has sold us - the Mika Onlinehandel und -media GmbH - his store on 4/14/2023. We would like to continue the store with our team and full motivation, bring it back to where it was and offer you the latest products with the best service.

Since we realize that you have many questions, we would like to try to answer them here for you:

Who is Mika Onlinehandel und -media GmbH?

To Mika Onlinehandel und -media GmbH belong 3 online stores for party decorations for all occasions - and now of course AF24. Founded in 2009 in our own home and at that time still as a hobby, we have now established ourselves as one of the leading suppliers in the field of party decoration stores. With over 2000sqm of warehouse space in Berlin and 22 great employees, we give our all every day to make eyes light up and faces shine. We are a family business where we managing directors are not only business partners but also spouses. Our two sons have been with us since our founding as idea generators and now they help us clear action figures into the warehouse ;) With our very good logistics system we ensure fast and (almost) error-free deliveries. And if something does go wrong, our customer service always finds a solution. So you can rely on many years of experience and a high level of motivation!

Why did the owner choose you as a buyer?

In many conversations with the founder, it became clear that our values, ideas and visions were in line with his own. Both of us had an idea more than 14 years ago, which took shape in our own living room. Mr. Daldrup did not make it easy for himself to choose the right buyer; his choice deliberately fell on us. It was important to him that the company be taken over by an experienced online retailer and not by a financial investor or a newcomer.

What happens to my pre-order?

All pre-orders are still recorded in the system. Nothing will change for you. As soon as the item is available, you will receive an email from us. Please give us some time to check all open orders and to integrate them correctly into our system. Unfortunately, at the moment (as of 4/18/2023) we do not have a complete overview of all the pre-orders you have placed and that have been received by our suppliers.

I have already paid and received nothing...

If you have paid your pre-order, we will see it in the system and will send you the goods as soon as they are available. You will receive an email from us. We will also get back to you if there are any delivery issues.

I have cancelled - where is my money?

We are in the process of sorting, checking and answering all messages (also from past weeks when we did not own the store). You will definitely get your money back from us, we ask you to be patient.

Should I rather cancel?

No, of course not. We are in the process of making sure that you actually receive your pre-ordered items. We can't rule out that some things got mixed up in the last few months, but we're doing everything we can to make up for it - if possible - and reorder.

Will we have to continue to wait so long for new items in the future? Other stores often have the items already available, you don't.
No, because as soon as we have cleared all the products from the move into our warehouse, transferred all the data into our inventory control and logistics system, we will be perfectly positioned to offer you the shortest delivery times as possible! Promise!
