The action figures, castles, vehicles, radio plays, comics and a movie made the Masters of the Universe by Mattel the largest and most important toy series in the 80s. Over the course of time, these toy series have become coveted collector's series, which are still in great demand due to the typical retro feeling.
Most recently we were thrilled by Super7 with their interpretations of He-Man, Skeletor, She-Ra and Co: These focused on the authentic representation of the characters as we know them from the comics. Mattel got it back and started the so-called ORIGINS series in summer / autumn. Mattel focuses on making the toys look like they were on the store shelves and children's rooms at the time.
