Historical Collection WWII - Sd.Kfz.251/9 "Stummel"

The Sd.Kfz. 251 was the standard half-track armored personnel carrier of the German Army during World War II. Production of various versions began in 1939. Other combat vehicles were also built based on this design. One of these was the “Stummel,” which was equipped with a short-barreled 7.5-cm Stu.K.37 gun in 75 mm caliber and was designed as a fire support vehicle. The first vehicles of this type were built in 1942.

The “Stummel” tankette building block set was developed on a 1:35 scale to match the rest of COBI’s Historical Collection.
