Order > Collect Big Points > Pay with Big Points

With every purchase you automatically collect bonus points that you can redeem as credit on your next order!

It's that simple:

On each item page you will see the number of BigPoints you collect for that item when you place an order.

Shop as usual. In the shopping basket you will then see the total number of BigPoints you would receive for your purchase.

As soon as you have placed your order, the new BigPoints will be available to you once your payment has been registered with us and the order has been dispatched in full.

If you have already collected BigPoints, you can use them immediately at checkout using the slider (you need at least 10 points). The final amount will be adjusted automatically. Or simply keep saving until you can redeem even more points at once.

You can check your points at any time in your customer account.

For an order value of EUR 10, for example, you will receive 1 BigPoint, which corresponds to a credit of around EUR 0.10 or 1%.

Please note:

• BigPoints are awarded automatically when you order online. They cannot be claimed retroactively for old orders or for orders placed by telephone or email.
• If you or we cancel your order or we receive the order back, the corresponding BigPoints will be deleted.
• A customer account is required to collect BigPoints.
• BigPoints cannot be paid out.
