Pre-order - with later payment

If you order an item with a release date in the future, you do not need to make a payment yet.

As soon as we have the item in stock, we will send you an e-mail with our bank details and a link for payment by Paypal, direct debit or credit card. You then have 7 days to make the payment. We will ship the item immediately after receipt of payment in our account.

If you would like to receive the item even faster, you can also make the payment at any time before the release date. Your payment is always stored in your customer account. In this case, we can send the newly arrived item to you immediately.

Please note: Please do not use this payment method for items in stock. Unfortunately, this will lead to a delay in the delivery of the goods.

PayPal (PayPal, credit card, direct debit)

PayPal
Log in with your PayPal login data or create a new PayPal account free of charge. After completing your order, you will be redirected to PayPal where you can make the payment. PayPal will then inform us of the successful receipt of payment.

Credit card
You can pay by credit card via PayPal. You do not need to have or create a PayPal account to do this. Simply select the PayPal payment method (PayPal, credit card, direct debit) during the ordering process. After completing your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page where you can enter your credit card details. This data will not be transmitted to us. Your credit card will be charged immediately upon completion of the order.

Direct debit
You can make direct debit payments via PayPal. You do not need to have or create a PayPal account to do this. Simply select the PayPal payment method (PayPal, credit card, direct debit) during the ordering process. After completing your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page where you can enter your direct debit details. This data will not be transmitted to us. Your bank account will be debited immediately upon completion of your order.

Bank transfer

You simply transfer your invoice amount to our account after the order process. We will provide you with the necessary bank details in the order confirmation. The goods will be dispatched as soon as payment has been credited to our bank account. In the case of pre-orders, the goods will be dispatched as soon as they are in stock.

Please note: Depending on the time of transfer, the transfer may take several days before payment is credited to our bank account. You are welcome to send us a clear proof of payment after your transfer so that we can dispatch the goods sooner.

Installment Payment by Bank Transfer

You can split the invoice amount into a maximum of 6 monthly installments. Please let us know in your order or contact our customer service team. You can transfer your installments to us as normal. You will receive our bank details in the order confirmation. The goods will be shipped after receipt of the last installment.

Klarna

Unfortunately, Klarna is currently unavailable due to technical issues. We are working on a solution.

Pay immediately (instant transfer, VISA/Mastercard, direct debit)

Pay for your goods immediately – quickly, securely, and conveniently with stored cards and buyer protection.

You can choose between instant bank transfer, VISA/Mastercard, and direct debit. Your details are securely encrypted and sent to Klarna, and we receive immediate payment confirmation so that your order can be processed immediately, provided the items are in stock.

Pay later

Shop now and pay flexibly in up to 30 days – interest-free and with no fees if you pay on time.

Please note that for pre-orders, the invoice amount is due within 30 days of placing the order and not after receiving the goods.

Prerequisite: A successful credit check by Klarna.

Pay in installments

Pay in several installments. Only the first installment is due at the time of ordering. Klarna will create an individual offer at checkout. Subject to credit approval.

Please note that for pre-orders, the deadline for paying the installments begins after the order is received and not after the goods are received.
